    Tijdens onze midweek met familie (7 volwassenen) verbleven we in de loft. En het was een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te ontdekken. Het is een ruim verblijf met fijne hoge plafonds. Prima bedden en alle voorzieningen in de keuken die je maar kunt bedenken. De loft heeft vier slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Alle ruimtes waren erg schoon. En het persoonlijke welkomstwoord in de kamer was een leuke binnenkomer. Echt een aanrader!

    This was an amazing space to stay at especially for larger families or friends and very convenient as it's a close walking distance to the underground (approx 10 min). We loved that we had our own private rooftop terrace, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need plus a laptop to use freely was a nice add on. A lovely open space, 10/10!

    Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Platz für 3 Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern war völlig ausreichend. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

    5 Tage in Moabit, nach 42 Jahren wieder länger und privat in Berlin. Wer hätte gedacht, dass man von dort schnell überall hinkommt, egal ob zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn oder S-Bahn. Fahrräder lassen sich mieten, damit geht es dann noch flotter in die Innenstadt. Wir haben uns zu viert im Pferdestall sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank für diese gelungene und angenehme Unterbringung.

    Wir waren im Rahmen der Grünen Woche aus Aussteller mit dem Standpersonal zu Gast. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde vorbildlich eingegangen. Ich selbst wurde während des Aufenthalts krank. Stefan unterstütze mit Medizin und kümmerte sich sehr um einen schönen Aufenthalt für uns. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

It was a good and cozy place to stay, when not at the event. The apartment is spacious and nice in that regard. Communication with the host was effortless - they were responsive and accommodating.

    Schickes Loft in Moabit. Zentral gelegen. Haben die Autos bei Ankuft abgestellt und erst bei der Abfahrt wieder genutzt. Den Rest mit den Öffis gemacht - Bus direkt vor der Tür. Das Loft entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Check-in mittels Schlüsselsafe war unproblematisch. Riesiger Wohn- und Küchenbereich, sowie 4 weitere Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet wss man so braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist auch witzig, war aber für uns wegen dem Wetter nicht relevant Fußläufig hatten wir eine coole Bar, ein gutes Türkisches Lokal und ein bisschen weiter nähe Turmstraße die Arminiushalle mit ansprechendem Essensangebot. Alles in allem ein Top-Ausgangspunkt für unseren Berlin-Kurztrip (3Nächte).Cooles Ambiente mit Top-Ausstattung. Einfach ausprobieren. Bernd

    It was my second stay in a Berlin Lofts apartment and I'm impressed how they keep improving the units. It is very difficult to find a multi-bedroom apartment with so much space, as well as a full equipped kitchen and washing machine. Easy walk to grocery stores and transit.

    Large place amazing for a big group. Was really easy to get around not super central but in a really nice neighbourhood. Plenty of space and two bathrooms we’re great for the the large group we had. Everything you could need with washing machine and could easily make a nice meal with all utensils provided. A nice place to chill after a long day out and about. The coffee pod’s definitely saved my life after a long weekend. Thank you for the awesome place!

    We had a very pleasant stay and received a warm welcome. The loft has a really nice atmosphere and the exteriors are also lovely, quiet and green. The roof terrace with a real lawn is a very nice additional feature. We were only there for 2 nights but loved our stay and would certainly come back. The loft is close to the S-bahn and within walking distance of the central station so really easy to get there and visit the town. We arrived early in the morning and really appreciate that we could store our luggage before heading into town. The kids also loved the place as it gave them some space to play and relax after a busy day of sightseeing in town.

    Stayed 4 nights and it suited our party of 6 perfectly. The loft is clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. It's well off the main road and in a peaceful courtyard. The bus stop that takes you to the main station is just a few minutes walk. The UB, a really good supermarket and a few restaurants are an easy 10 min walk from the loft. Comms with Babette were excellent throughout and self check in was very smooth.

    Supergod lejlighed til stor familie. Vi var i alderen 8 måneder til 84 år, og lejligheden passede til os alle. Gode faciliteter til madlavning, nemt at have børn/baby med. Søde og hjælpsomme kontaktpersoner, som svarede hurtigt. Der var helt stille om aftenen og natten. Der var parkering i gården (hvilket var super, for det er ikke billigt at parkere i Berlin). Vi kommer gerne igen :-)

    Babetts apartment was a fantastic location for our party of 8 to explore Berlin. With a bus stop right across the street and train stations only 10 minutes walk away, we found this location excellent. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful with all the amenities you would need on the street. The apartment is spacious and well laid out and had everything we needed. The roof garden was such a lovely space to hang out. Sofi was there to meet us and even facilitated an early checkin as well as a hairdryer diffuser attachment. We really enjoyed our stay in Babetts apartment and would highly recommend staying here.

    Super great place, perfect for our team offsite. Spacious rooms for everyone and a big living/kitchen area where we could all gather. The private compound this unit is a part of is super lovely. The only downside is that it's not exactly in the centre of Berlin, but understandable given it's size. Not too bad of a walk to the S-bahn and U-bahn, and Edeka/Aldi closeby. Staff always on the grounds so it was very easy to get help when needed, just had to call and someone would arrive within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

    Die Unterkunft ist super schön eingerichtet und man hatte sehr viel Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Wohn- und Essbereich gefallen mit großem Sofa, großem Esstisch und vollausgestatteter Küche. Die Dachterasse bietet sich ideal für ein gemeinsames Frühstück an. Sehr gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass 2 Badezimmer zur Verfügung standen, so gab es am Morgen keine Drängelein. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

    Ein mehr als faires und sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, die Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel! Die Gastgeber waren so herzlich und haben uns direkt ein Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelt. Die Küche war mit ALLEM ausgestattet, man braucht wirklich nichts weiter. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel und trotz der „trubeligen“ Straße ist es in der Unterkunft durch den Hinterhof herrlich ruhig. Man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!!!

    Tolle Location, großer Raum mit toller Küche. Die Stühle sind nicht zum langen sitzen und Gespräche führen. Das Sofa ist veraltet und verschiebt sich beim Gebrauch. Die Musikanlage war uralt und hatte nicht einmal Radioemfang, wurde allerdings ganz schnell ersetzt durch das Team. Netflix recorder ist toll, aber wenn er nicht im Netzwerk eingebunden ist, funktioniert kein Streamingdienst. Meine Matratze war durchgelegen und die „Stütze“ in der Mitte des Bettes erlaubte kein Schlaf in der Mitte, sondern nur rechts oder links. vielen Dank

    Große Wohnung, besonders der Raum für Kochen Essen ist großzügig. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem 140er Bett ausgestattet mal etwas kleiner, mal etwas größer der Raum um das Bett. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Sofa ist vintage und für eine Gruppe nicht so geeignet und rutscht auseinander. Ein Duschbad, ein Badewannenbad. Der ehemalige Pferdestall ist etwas hellhörig. Professioneller Check und pünktlicher Checkout.

    Wow! What a great place! First, this place is huge. 4 rooms, and 2 bathrooms, plus a huge living area. The perfect place for big groups. The beds were confortable, many modern kitchen equipments. The hosts were friendly and the place was very clean. 5-10 minutes walk to the bus that took us to the Berlin’s attractions. Huge grocery (Edeca) at about 10 minutes walk, and a smaller one (Penny) at about 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend.

    Waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Januar dort. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung vor Ort. Sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof. Im Sommer ist die Dachterrasse sicher ein tolles Extra. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das vom Essbereich einsehbare Badezimmer. Ein Vorhang als Sichtschutz ist vorhanden. Toll wäre ein Sparschäler. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unfortunately, the couch wasn’t very comfortable (it was a sectional but none of the pieces were connected so sitting on it was difficult). Would have loved to have another couch so our party of 9 could comfortably hang out. The apartment opens on to a lovely courtyard so we found it peaceful and really appreciated being away from the street noise.

    This for me is the best place to stay in Berlin 10 minute walk to Brandenberg gate but the area itself has a lot to offer in the way if bars and places to eat. I will not be staying anywhere else when i return fabulous apartment spotlessly clean and quiet.

    We had a fantastic time in Berlin. This was our second stay in this apartment. We loved it the first time and loved it just as much this time too. The apartment was spacious, with everything we needed. And it was in a perfect location with all the sites a few stops away on the u/s bahn.     Hallo, wir können das Loft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist für eine größere Gruppe (Familie), auch mit Kindern optimal geeignet. Es ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden, die Ausstattung ist perfekt, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Terrasse haben wir wegen des herbstlichen Wetters nicht nutzen können, lädt aber z.B. im Sommer zum morgendlichen Frühstück ein. Die Lage ist für Berlintouristen ideal, relativ zentral mit einer Bushaltestelle u.a. zum Hauptbahnhof schräg gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Vom Verkehr der Perlebergerstraße hört man vom Loft aus nahezu nichts, da das Loft in einem ruhigem Hinterhof liegt. Dort sind einige wenige Parkplätze vorhanden (besser die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen!). Organisation und Kommunikation über AirBnB gewohnt professionell. Wir wurden am Anreisetag vor Ort persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, was wir netter finden als die anonymen Schlüsselboxen, die sonst häufig üblich sind. Bei entsprechenden Anlässen werden wir das Loft gerne wieder mieten. Klemens

Wir haben hier auch ein paar tage mit einem kleinen Team Workshops durchgeführt, da wir ungern bei der jetzigen Covid Situation in einen Coworking Space gehen wollten. Das einzige "Problem" was wir hatten, war, dass das Internet nicht ganz so stabil war, wie wir es gebraucht hätten - allerdings kann man wohl auch nicht erwarten, mit 10 Leuten 1a Internet zu haben. Die Kommunikation in unserer Gruppe hätte wahrscheinlich besser sein können denn die letzten, die noch vor Ort waren, haben nicht alles so hinterlassen, wie man es eigentlich bei einem AirBnB macht - hierfür nochmal eine große Entschuldigung unsererseits!

Jeder von uns hatte ausreichend Platz in eigenem Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett.Bei schönem Wetter auch frische Luft schnappen auf der Dachterrasse. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Wohnung, aber dennoch gut / zentral gelegen in Moabit mit Anbindung an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von Hbf mit dem Bus 5 – 10 Minuten zu fahren. Zu Fuß in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung für Übernachtungen in Berlin als Familie oder in größerer Gruppe.

    Beautiful, spacious and very well-equipped appartment. As good as if not better than it looks on the photos! Perfect for our group for five nights. There’s also a very charming and relaxed vibe in the complex, and our host Stephan was friendly and helpful. The underfloor heating was an extra treat in the Winter cold. Plenty of public transport options in the vicinity of the appartment, so it was easy to explore Berlin. The area itself was a bit disappointing at first, but if you look hard enough there are hidden gems (e.g. Nepalese restaurant Everest and Italian ‘Casa di Saporo’).

    Tolle Wohnung! Super geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da! Wir waren zu sechst dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein Nahkauf der wirklich sehr gut sortiert ist. Leckere Restaurants gibt es auch in der Umgebung. Neben an ist außerdem ein Park, der über eine 1,2 km Laufstrecke verfügt, die sehr angenehm zu nutzen ist. Ebenfalls in 7 Minuten Entfernung zu gehen: ein riesiges SpA. Klare Empfehlung!!

    Great appartment with plenty of room for 8 adults and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's quite warm due to the underfloor heating but the owner said he was happy to turn it down. Good location with bus stop on the doorstep and S Bahn about a 10 minute walk away. Bus took about 10 mins to get into the centre and we walked to Brandenburg Gate in 40 mins. Easy to get to from the airport. Good choice of local restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We used the small local supermarket round the corner which had everything we needed, but there are bigger ones close by also. Would highly recommend this apartment for families or groups of friends wanting to stay close to central Berlin without paying the high prices charged for the centre of town.

We enjoyed spending the whole day in it, playing board games, watching movies and cooking (the great kitchen equipment was very inspiring!) A huge advantage is the comfortable parking, which is not easy to find in Berlin. Super contact with Stephan and Zsófia, who were very helpful at all times, and their support went beyond organizational help :-D We will be back as soon as possible!!!

    Sehr coole Penthouse Etage in Berlin Moabit. Objekt liegt in einem Hinterhaus, das bedeutet es ist absolut leise; an sich kein Straßenverkehr hörbar. Top - Küche mit Miele und Liebherr - Geräten und einem kompletten Geschirr,- und Topfzubehör. Betten und Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Bettdecken sind gut. Sehr cool eingerichtet. Selbst für Kinder gibt es etwas Spielzeug. Bus hält vor der Tür / 50 Meter Einen EDEKA findet man hier auch nach 50 Metern. Im Treppenhaus oder im Hof kann man Fahrrad sicher abstellen. Leider waren im Dauerregen / Oktober hier, weshalb wir die Dachterrasse nur sehen / nicht benutzen konnten. Hat aber was... Wir waren mit 6 Personen hier und haben hier geschlafen, gekocht, gefeiert. Alles top geeignet - wir würden wieder kommen.

The kitchen is very well equipped and had e.g. regular used spices and coffee filters at hand. The place was sparkling clean and was exceptionally quiet . In-floor heating made our winter stay very comfortable. We couldn't use the roof terrace due to winter conditions, but it looked lovely. Free parking in a secured court yard is an absolute plus! We would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends!

    PROS - Home is equipped with all needs with perfect condition, all cooking needs even many spices to use. Rooms are big enough with comfort. Internet works perfect, even there is a laptop with Internet connection at home for any use with good audio system. Host Stephen is very helpful and always reachable for you any needs. Very close to airport, 15 mins drive only. There is luggage rooms and host is helping for keeping your luggages safe if your flight is early or late. CONS - Home is not very close to metro, closest BirkenStrase Metro station is around 900 meters, 12 mins walk. If you take Uber it will cost around 15 Euro's to go to city center with 20 mins drive. Home is floor heated, living room and baths are hot enough but rooms are a little cold in january winter even when host adjusted the heating high. - Overall we had a good expierience and recommended cool apartment for large groups and a helpful communicative host. Thanks!

    Mit drei Familien und Kindern eine Ferienwohnung zu finden, die auch noch bezahlbar ist, war nicht leicht. Doch im Horse Stable 1. Floor waren wir super aufgehoben! Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage: mitten in Berlin und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung war ganz genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Wir haben kein einziges Teil vermisst und zu viel selbst mitgebracht. Abends konnten sich alle zusammen setzen, weil ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden waren. Nur die schöne neue Dachterrasse konnten wir viel zu wenig nutzen, weil das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

  235. Sehr groß und gut eingerichtet

    Das Wohnzimmer, einschließlich Küche und Essbereich, ist riesig. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind von guter Qualität. Die beiden Badezimmer sind gut und funktionell eingerichtet. Es könnten allerdings ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr sein. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch gut eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist klein, aber sehr nett gestaltet.

  237. Toll ausgestattete Wohnung

    Wir (Familie fünfköpfig) waren über Pfingsten 2020 in der Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klasse: Viel Raum, cool eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann (Geschirr für bis zu 15 Personen, viele Töpfe, sogar 2 (!) Stößel für Cocktails), zudem sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Morgens hört man die Vögel zwitschern. Außerdem ist die Wohnung auch gut mit U- oder S-Bahn zu erreichen. Prima auch der eigene Parkplatz im Hof. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Wir sind mit einer festen Gruppe 1- bis 2-mal jährlich in einem der Lofts und immer wieder begeistert vom Design, der Gemütlichkeit und der Ausstattung der Lofts! Aber auch der Service drum herum stimmt: gute Beschreibung der Örtlichkeiten, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe u.ä.m.; und es ist notfalls immer jemand zu erreichen bzw. es kümmert sich jemand praktisch sofort. Super angenehm, wie alles läuft! Wir werden weiter buchen - und empfehlen!

    Hallo, Das Loft hat auf uns einen schönen Eindruck gemacht. Allerdings funktioniert die Spülmaschine nicht richtig, sie macht nicht ordentlich sauber, sodass wir einige schmutzige Teller und fast nur dreckige Gläser vorgefunden haben. Das war sehr schade, lässt sich aber sicher ihrerseits beheben. Die Betten haben Sie mit 1,60x2,00 m angegeben, wir waren uns aber alle sicher, dass sie maximal 1,40m breit waren.     We loved the loft, really spacious and easy check-in/check-out. The only thing we would change would be to add black-out blinds in the bedrooms, the orange blind was really no good for keeping the sunlight out. But that's all, we will probably come back next year. Many thanks!

    Ein tolles Loft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Im größeren Schlafzimmer konnten wir 2 zustellbetten für 2 Kinder unterbringen. Terasse war super. Jederzeit wieder.
