    Het appartement is geweldig. Het ligt op loopafstand van openbaar vervoer. Er is veel ruimte, het is schoon en de keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Het is een hele rustige plek midden in de stad. We hebben enorm genoten.

    We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! We waren met 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen (leeftijd 15,13,6,3). De loft is een grote en hele lichte ruimte. Twee badkamers zijn ook heel fijn en de keuken is enorm goed uitgerust. Ook ideaal is de binnenplaats waar onze auto en fietsen zonder problemen (en kosteloos) konden staan. Je hebt een code nodig om op de binnenplaats te komen, dus het voelt heel veilig. Dit maakt de plek ook erg rustig. We zouden zeker terugkomen 👍🏻

    My family and i had the best days in Berlin and Berlinlofts apartment. We where going to Berlin for the halvmarathon, and everyting was just perfect. We had the best check-in! Easy and we got some very good info. The apartment was more than we expected. It was huge, Nice beds, and everything you need in a kitchen was there! It was a perfect place to stay with our 1 year Old. we could definitely have stayed there longer. We Will love to come back!

Hyggelig, rolig og ren lejlighed i baggård på 2. sal med lille tagterrasse. Meget veludstyret køkken. Der manglede ingenting. En kort gåtur til bus/u-bahn. Vi var en familie på 5 personer og der var god plads. Mulighed for 2 ekstra opredninger.

    Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Im großen Wohnzimmer kann man gut gemeinsam Zeit verbringen und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Leider hatte die BVG an den ersten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts einen Streik, weshalb wir viel auf Taxis angewiesen waren.

    Geräumige, sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung mit drei Schlafräumen und zwei Bädern. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, wobei die Spülbeckenlösung mit einem "Trog" aufgrund der unbequemen Höhe wenig gelungen ist. Toll ist die wirklich komplette Ausstattung vom Haartrockner, über zwei Kaffemaschinen mit Pads bis hin zu sämtlichem Geschirr, was man brauchen kann! Alles war sehr sauber und die Matrazen für uns sehr bequem. Einzig das Zustellbett hat für Rückenschmerzen beim Teenager gesorgt! Toll fanden wir auch den Freisitz, wobei wir uns aufgrund der beiden großen - nicht mit Jalousien versehenen -Dachfenster gefreut haben, dass die August-Sonne dieses Jahr keine Kraft hatte! Service und Emailkontakt sind prima und wir haben unsere Zeit im Loft sehr genossen - DANKE!!!

    Sehr gemütliche, helle und geräumige Wohnung. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gehabt. Unsere Ankunft war auch eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, alles was wir brauchten für unsere ersten Stunden, stand schon in der Wohnung für uns. Dazu noch war das Reservierungsverfahren außerordentlich gut, vom Anfang an haben wir all die Kontakt und Wohnungs-Information bekommen.

    Our rather large family (4 kids and 2 grandparents) throughly enjoyed our stay in the hayloft apartment. It was a welcome respite from sight-seeing, gave us plenty of room to stretch out, and had a fully equipped kitchen which allows us to same money on food. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything you could possibly need was there. It was very clean and well maintained. Public transport (bus or ubahn) were a reasonable walk away. I would highly recommend Babett’s place.

    This apartment exceeded our expectations. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as effortless as possible. They were extremely accommodating and even helped in locating a lost husband! It was a cozy home away from home and had all of the amenities you could need. We were across the street from the bus that took us to the main train station in Berlin. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope that we will return to Berlin again one day. I know this is the place we will book again. You won't be disappointed.

There seems to be some work going on but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The location was great, we were able to explore a lot of the city. Thanks for a great stay!

    Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in the Hayloft. Check in couldn’t have been easier, and the location is peaceful despite being in the city. Pretty easy to catch the bus to the U or S-Bahn. You can tell that the loft is professionally managed. We appreciated having soap and shampoo in the bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Our kids also loved the toys there (especially the toy car!). Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Apartment is set in a quiet courtyard - we slept with open windows on the warm nights with barely a squeak from outside - you really wouldn't know you were in the city centre. U-Bahn and supermarket are ten minutes walk. Location a good balance of serenity and convenience - highly recommended.

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und es hat alles in Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad etc was man braucht. Sehr schön war auch der Balkon. Das Check in war ganz unkompliziert und flexinel, da der Schlüssel bei der Eingangstüre in der Schlüsselbox bereitstand. Die Lage war ganz okay, zu Fuss bis zum Bhf in 30min. Man benötigt Bus oder S-Bahn um die Stadt zu sehen, doch für die Nacht und für etwas mehr Ruhe ist die Unterkunft top geeignet.

    Acogedor, moderno y confortable, mi estancia en el apartamento fue simplemente perfecta. Estuvimos mi familia y yo este Junio pasando 8 días en Berlín. El sitio es muy amplio, confortable, tranquilo y muy limpio. Tiene además una terraza que da acceso a un patio interior muy tranquilo para pasar muchas veladas agradables, tanto de día como de noche. Tienes acceso a un supermercado muy cerca del apartamento, lo único que el barrio no tiene nada de interés y lo único malo que estas a más de una hora del centro de Berlín. Para desplazarte tienes que coger metro, que tienes un acceso a unos 10 min andando, pero para llegar al centro hay que hacer varios transbordos. El servicio es muy bueno, están todo el rato atentos que no te falte de nada. Nosotros en Junio nos hizo muy buen tiempo y pasamos bastante calor durmiendo, aunque ellos te facilitan un ventilador por habitación.

    Hemos estado alojados mi familia y yo, éramos unas seis personas en este apartamento. Lo recomiendo para cualquier persona que quiera pasar unos días en Berlín, por lo agradable, limpio y amplio que es. Tiene además una terraza que da acceso a un patio interior muy agradable tanto por el día como por la noche. El servicio es excelente te atiende con una gran rapidez y están muy atentos de que no te falte de nada. Lo único que si vais en época de verano, nosotros en Junio hemos pasado bastante calor, aunque ellos te facilitan ventiladores para cada habitación. El único inconveniente que tiene es que estas a una hora del centro de Berlín, pero a unos 10 min tienes un acceso al metro, pero tienes que hacer unos cuantos transbordos para llegar al centro.

    We loved the place. It is in a pretty brick building. We thought it is better than the pictures. We loved the ceiling windows. It is a very comfortable place for groups. We had so much fun at the house since it was cold we stayed in somedays. It seemed like Stephan was always there whenever we needed him. It was a little low ceiling so we had to be carefull. But still one of our friend hit her head entering the house from the balcony on the very last day. But the host was very helpful with aid kit and all. The place is a bit far from everything but it is a safe neighborhood. There is a polcestation very close. And it is at the end of mitte so not knowing Berlin, we didnt get that. All in all we enjoyed it. Thanks for hosting us. It was a memorable vacation. They let us check out 1 hour late which we appreciated a lot. Thanks for everything.

    The flat felt larger than it appeared in the photos, easily accommodating groups of 6 people or maybe a few more. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, and comfortable. The terrace was a lovely place to spend an evening after a day of exploring Berlin, and a huge bonus. WiFi worked well. The unique nature of the property made this home especially memorable! The location isn't ideal but not bad. It's about 10 minutes walk to a nice supermarket and slightly farther to a train station. The main station is about 25-30 minutes walk through a park, or a short taxi ride. Uber and Bolt were available in less than 5 minutes on several occasions. The hosts were responsive to our questions, and when we had an issue one morning, they came by within 5 minutes to fix the problem. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go again.

    Die Wohnung ist individuell und genau das richtige für eine Berlinreise mit Style. Dennoch ist die Wohnung und vieles darin etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das wlan ist nicht besonders gut, reicht aber zum streamen mit etwas Geduld. Der Hauptpunkt im Negativbereich bei uns war aber die Hitze.. es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung in einem alten Gebäude.. es war unerträglich heiß, bei Außentemperaturen von 33 Grad ist fie Wohnung nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht unter 30 Grad kühlbar. Ab Tag 2 haben wir uns halbwegs daran gewöhnt. Wir zahlten hier 300€ die Nacht, immerhin mehrere Ventilatoren waren vorhanden; das Problem ist also schon bekannt und immerhin ein bisschen Abhilfe geschaffen worden. Ansonsten eine süße Wohnung; alles ist vorhanden. Die kleine dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Im Haus sind nochmals 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen. Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof ist super! Die Hitze war allerdings so negativ, dass es nicht für mehr als 3/5 gereicht hat.

The loft is also equipped with a baby crib, high chair, and lots of fun toys for the little ones, which made it a nice choice for a family like us.     The Hayloft is a stunning apartment. The open plan living is superb...light, fresh and clean. The bedrooms are all the same size....making allocation choices easy! The beds are extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies after busy days. The kitchen is equipped like no other....everything you could ever need! A 20 minute walk, through the beautiful park, takes you to the main rail station and enables you to go anywhere in the city...including a straight through train to the airport! Other transport is available right outside the gate. I will certainly recommend The Hayloft to anyone who is visiting Berlin.

    Wonderful and charming apartment for a large group of people. Large spaces and equipped with everything you might need. The balcony is a plus. Although the main metro stops are about fifteen minutes walk, the neighborhood is very quiet and with many services around. I would repeat if I come with a large group of people.

    We really enjoyed staying here. A large and family friendly space, prefect as a home base to hang out long hours with everyone without feeling in each others space. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Everything we needed was available and its close to the city or routes that connect to the all parts of Berlin. The host was very good about communicating leading up to the reservation and allowed a very easy checkin. We would stay here again if we returned to Berlin.

  185. An oasis in the middle of Berlin

    Great condos in the MOABIT area being an excellent base for expeditions into Berlin once the public transportation is decoded. Be aware that you are inside the Berlin environmental zone and need permits for your car. The Hayloft we rented was really great and for 8 persons but only have a parking spot for one car. You can rent a spare spot for €7/night but on chance. Overall a great experience only to be recommended - will return myself for sure!

    Easy parking in the courtyard, roof top terrace, spacious, well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get into the centre of Berlin by buses, trams or underground. The neighbourhood has some good restaurants. We ate at Meat and Fish but the Turkish restaurant also looked great. There is a large supermarket only 10 minutes walk away so we ate in too. I’d recommend staying at the Hayloft.

    I cannot praise enough the team at The Stable and the lovely apartment itself: from the prompt responses to questions beforehand, the detailed arrival information and personal reception to the space and tranquility of the accommodation. Hidden away from the busy street (well served by public transport) entering the quiet of the courtyard you feel the history of the buildings and the calm they imbue. Up the stairs to a lovely space, well equipped in all areas but with personality. We would be happy to go back.

    Exactly as shown in the pictures. Parking space in the court yard included. Bicycle rental on the premises. BerlinLofts' staff is often around. Hayloft is the upper apartment, under the roof, which makes it hard to cool on 30*C summer days, despite of the available fans. The terrace is nice and private. Bus to Hauptbahnhof and other public transport junctions is very close, but by times overly crowded. We didn't want to take it in corona times. We would go there again.

    Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Stable Hayloft Apartment in Berlin. The owners were friendly and accommodating, as well as easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. We loved every minute of our time there and would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone visiting Berlin with family.
