Apartment is exactly as described, plus it was very clean and we felt like home ☺️ We had everything that we needed and we loved the little details - the welcome note on the board, different spices in the kitchen. The area is calm and quiet and very well connected to whole Berlin by public transport. Overall we would totally recommend this place! Many thanks for the great stay ☺️

    I spent a few days at this apartment and couldn't have been happier. I felt straight at home and enjoyed my stay greatly. It was quiet, location was good and internet was fantastic, which helped as I was working remotely. Babett even arranged the self check-in for me, which was super helpful after a long travel. 10/10!

    L’esperienza nell’alloggio per noi è stata meravigliosa, l’appartamento è curato e accogliente già dall’ingresso, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve veramente potrete portare solo il minimo indispensabile (persino il computer). L’unica pecca sono sati i piumoni, due divisi per un letto matrimoniale e la macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. Per il resto l’esperienza è stata meravigliosa, se dovessi ritornare a Berlino riprenderei questo appartamento volentieri. 🥰

    Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmes verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin. Anreise und Check-in waren perfekt beschrieben, die Wohnung sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein, aber man vermisst nichts, vor allem die Nespresso-Maschine hat mir jeden Morgen versüßt. Gepäck und Einkäufe in den 4. Stock zu schleppen hat uns nicht gestört, ist aber vielleicht nicht für jeden das Richtige. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Ruim en schoon verblijf! Alles was aanwezig en je voelde je direct op je gemak door het vriendelijke onthaal. Keuken is voorzien van het nodige materiaal. Daarnaast is alles heel makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer, vlakbij zijn er haltes voor bus en tram. We zouden hier zeker opnieuw boeken!

    Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Perleberg studio chez Babett. L'appartement est très bien tenu, calme, très bien situé pour les transports en commun (bus dans la rue et métro dans une rue à 15 minutes de marche) et à 10 minutes de bus de la gare centrale. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très bien équipées, tout est parfait et propre. L'arrivée était facile, les indications parfaites. Pour un séjour encore meilleur pour les futurs invités, nous recommandons à Babett 2 choses : mettre à jour le dossier d'accueil avec plus d'indications sur le fonctionnement du studio (chauffage, lave-vaisselle, que faire avec les clefs lors du départ...) et peut-être améliorer un peu la qualité du matelas du lit et des oreillers (que nous pouvons noter 7/10) pour un sommeil encore meilleur. Un appartement que nous recommandons vivement, nous y reviendrons !

    I had one of the best stays ever here. The apartment has everything you might need. It feels lived in, I loved that. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They gave us tips and told us where the public transport and supermarkets were. The hot shower could run for hours. The kitchen appliances are great and squeaky clean. The heating works perfectly well. 10/10 experience. The only downside (at least for us) was that it was kind of far from the bus stop and the subway station, otherwise I have nothing bad to say.

    Prima Standquartier für die Erkundung der Stadtmitte. Sehr gute Anbindung mit Bus und U-Bahn (10 Minuten Fußweg). Ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Grundversorgung mit Penny und diversen Spätis ist gegeben. Sonst gastronomisch eher unterversorgter Kiez .. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt!

    The apartment was very nice and had almost everything we needed for our trip to Berlin. It is located close to bus stops with which we could travel to any part of the city easily. Keep in mind that although everything is really wel setup, it is not very personal; you won’t see a host/hostess or something and sinds a corporation they’re also not easy to reach. However, we were able to reach the hosts via email and they provided clear instructions for self check-in. Overall, we would recommend this place!

Fueron super amables con el checking tarde ya que tuvimos problemas con el vuelo de llegada y el transporte público. Pudimos dejar las maletas en un cuarto independiente.

    Clean apartment, kitchen was better than expected, nothing is missing. Bathroom quite small but nicely renovated. Shower in the bathtub. Apartment is in the fourth floor, without elevator. The team was very friendly and helpful. Parking was available on request. It is very quiet. Overall, it is was a very pleasant stay. I can recommend this apartment.

La ubicación no es céntrica, pero es un barrio tranquilo y tiene muchos transportes cerca para moverse fácilmente. La comunicación fue siempre muy buena. Recomiendo!

    This actual apartment was great. It was central and easy to get around. The amenities were great and I really enjoyed staying here. My only complaint is that the sheets smelled stinky and dirty ( it smelled like someone else’s sweat). I’m sure the hosts would’ve changed the sheets if we asked but we shouldn’t have to ask for clean sheets In the first place. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. Besides that it was very nice.

    Comunicación muy rápida y fácil, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Es un piso 4 sin ascensor, hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La casa está totalmente equipada. A nuestro criterio, el colchón era mejorable y la ubicación es buena respecto de la estación central, no tanto del centro, aunque está bien comunicado y Berlín es una ciudad en la que necesitas transporte público por sus dimensiones. Trato inmejorable. Muyrecomendable

    Buena ubicación, fácil comunicación con el transporte tanto a berlin centro como al aeropuerto. Rápida comúnicacion con Babett y muy amables tanto ella como Baksy. Hay un Lidl al lado y un par de restaurantes alrededor(os recomiendo el Kebab Eyvan Donner) Buen barrio y buen descanso Repetiremos! Quizá la unica pega sea subir los 5 pisos pero bueno, en un momento se suben.

    Thank you, Babett for a wonderful stay at your beautiful Moabit residence. My plan was to bring my bike on this trip, but I wasn't able to get things sorted in time. I thought this might throw a wrench in the location and how easy it would be to access things, but there are so many buses and trains around to help me get to where I needed to go. The area itself is also quite walkable, and I was able to rent bikes nearby for a few days. Unfortunately, I was sick the first two days I arrived, but the apartment had everything I needed to be comfortable and rest. Things were very clean, and there was a variety of tea that really helped me feel better. Thank you for that! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking too, and I had fun making meals the nights I felt better. The bright orange interior is fun and cheerful. The apartment has so much light and a great view out the window.

    El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. La cocina esta muy equipada para cocinar lo que desees y tiene de todo para facilitar la estancia como cápsulas de café, especias, aceite, sal... El personal fue muy anable y dispuesto a ayudar. El apartamento está muy bien, lo único malo es que es una quinta planta sin ascensor y subir cuesta mucho, más aún si vas cargado de maletas.

Letto ok - tra tutte le cose, forse l'unica la cui pulizia/preparazione alla consegna dell'appartamento può essere migliorata. Non c'è l'ascensore. Per me non è stato un problema, ma ci sono 4 piani da fare a piedi. Quartiere tranquillo. Fermata autobus sotto casa, stazione centrale a 2km. Consiglio l'appartamento per chi volesse visitare Berlino

    Amazing stay here. Great flat with so many little touches, hairdryer, coffee machine, speaker, plugs with multiple usb ports for chargers without adaptors, plenty of kitchen supplies. Excellent host! Clean kitchen, linen and fresh towels. It’s a bit of a treck out of the town centre and lively areas but easy to get to on the underground, which is great and runs constantly. Also up a fair few flights of stairs to be aware of. We checked out early and they held our bags in storage for us throughout the day which was a very great touch. Amazing friendly hosts.

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario, ed ogni spazio è utilizzato al meglio. L’unica nota da segnalare è il Wi-Fi che talvolta non funzionava e l’assenza di una lavastoviglie che per lunghi periodi può essere utile. Comunicazione e rapidità dell’host eccellenti. Ho avuto un problema e nel giro di poco hanno risolto il tutto. Ottima esperienza, tornerei sicuramente!

    The apartment was beautiful, exactly like in the photos. There was a lovely, welcome message on the chalkboard and a welcome gift when we arrived. The table had spare keys, a map, local food recommendations and a book of past reviews. It was extremely clean and had everything we could need to keep it that way. The kitchen had many useful appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine (for only 50 cent per pod) which came with a wide range of different pods to try. It was close enough to the city that we could get in quickly but avoided the city feel. We spent a lot of time walking or renting Bolt scooters which was great fun too. Check in was easy, we arrived late and were able to collect keys from a drop off box. We were also able to leave our luggage in a locked cellar (free of charge) and return whenever we wanted which really helped as our flight wasn’t until the evening. The host was lovely and we would definitely return.

The room was great and clean. The kitchen is small but has everything one needs. There's a bus nearby that gets you to the central station in a few minutes. There's a luggage room that you can keep the bags after checking out. Overall very nice apartment.

    The appartment is supplied with everything you would need for a stay in Berlin. Pots, pans, coffee machine and lots of other kitchen equipment. We did choose the appartment on the forth floor wanting to be away from the street, so prepare for the stairs. It's located near bus routes, and a short walk to S and U Barn and close to Berlin hbf train station. Lots of bars and restaurants located around the appartment. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, that was well stocked. I found the bed to be a little hard and the pillows too soft, but my partner did not mind. Great place to stay, easy check in and check out, and we felt welcome.

    Eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Berlin. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und man hört die Autos höchstens, wenn man die Fenster öffnet. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar,von da aus kann man Berlin mit der Straßenbahn und oder Tram erkunden. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip sehr empfehlenswert!

    Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten ohne Probleme einchecken. Alle Einrichtungen und Geräte waren vorhanden und in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Gegen eine Gebür konnten wir auch eine Kapsel-Nespresso- Machine nutzen (ausser der normalen Kaffemaschine) Begeistert hat uns der tolle Spiegelschrank im Bad, der auch im Inneren total verspiegelt ist. Ein zweiter Sessel wurde uns auf unseren Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war gepflegt und sauber Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Auschecken war problemlos. Wir können das Studio weiterempfehlen.

There's a really good selection of guide books in a number of languages. We enjoyed the great filter coffee machine each morning before heading out. The nat und gut supermarket is conveniently located on the corner by the bus stops. We enjoyed visiting Bahar Berlin Edletrash vintage store and Thea & coffee shop next door on Birkenstraße, a short walk from the apartment. The weather was mild for February and we found the apartment very warm.

    Отличное расположение апартаментов, очень чисто. Понравилось оснащение кухни, есть все необходимое начиная от посуды и техники до всяких мелочей. Понравилось наличие кофемашины и капсул. Прекрасно провели время в Берлине, не в последнюю очередь благодаря комфортному жилью. Заселили даже раньше стандартного времени и после чекаута предоставили комнату для хранения чемоданов.     Had a nice three night/four day stay in Berlin. For us the location was excellent as we gladly walk everywhere. I believe there are transport links nearby but we chose to go on foot which is about 30-40 mins to the most popular attractions. Quiet building, nice environment, hostess approachable and available as required. Helpful that we could leave our bags after checkout and before our flight. Communication from booking/check in instructions all excellent and efficient. No complaints from us and would gladly stay again. Only feedback would be, despite the nicely furnished and decorated apartment, whoever installed the shower in the centre of the bath wasn’t thinking clearly - if you’re over 6ft, it’s awkward but not impossible. Recommended place to stay. Thanks :)

Als kleines Extra wurde ein Acer Chromebook mit Gastzugang zum Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen, keinerlei Lärm.

    This is a really fantastic, clean and modern flat that has everything (really everything - from self timing filter coffee machine to a Chromebook and everything in between!) It's located in such a way that you can easily get to all parts of Berlin with just a short train ride and is usefully near a massive supermarket for any supplies you may need on your travels. Communication with the team was simple and quick and checking in was a breeze. There were also some really sweet touches such as a welcoming sign and complimentary gummy bears. I have nothing negative to say about this experience and would happily recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

    Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, die alles bietet was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, die Lage zentral an Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch vorhanden und die Lage sehr ruhig aufgrund der Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof. Klsr, der vierte Stock ist nicht zu verachten und für Menschen mit etwas eingeschränkter Mobilität sicher nicht zu empfehlen, aber das kann man der Anzeige hier deutlich entnehmen, dass zu dem Appartement kein Aufzug führt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung, mit hochwertigen Geräten, Mikrowelle, Ofen etc. und sogar Gewürzen und Öl zum kochen! In der Nähe ist ein edeka. Die Lage ist gut da die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut ist, man ist schnell am Hauptbahnhof, Busse halten quasi vor der Tür und auch die U9 ist nicht weit. Check-in war problemlos und äußerst freundlich! Absolute Empfehlung!

Very close to a 123 bus stop that gets you to Berlin Hauptbahnhof Station (Central Station) and you can either walk or get a train to any of the major sightseeing locations. We were greeted very politely and had everything explained to us on the apartment as well as lots of helpful information on where surrounding shops/bars/restaurants are. We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartments and would highly recommend it to young couples off for a short city break.

    Great facilities, felt like home away from home. Babett was very responsive and helpful before our trip, which helped us greatly in our trip planning. Quiet area, but central area is easily accessible so we had no problems getting around.

    Der Vermieter ist Berlin Lofts. Also keine Privatperson. Check-In lief problemlos über Telefon. Probleme mit TV, haben wir dann aber auch nicht genutzt. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut mit Bus. Parkplatz an der Straße, wenn man zu einer günstigen Zeit kommt.

    C'est un studio très confortable, propre, calme. L'homme qui nous a accueillis était très gentil et disponible pour nous aider si besoin. L'immeuble est assez loin du métro mais c'est souvent le cas dans cette grande ville et nous aimons marcher (15 mn). Il est tout prêt de l'arrêt du bus TXL pour l'aéroport de Tegel. Je conseille donc cette adresse!

    Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Perleberger Appartment und sind sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht & ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. ÖV Verbindungen sind gut, man ist auch schnell in einem Supermarkt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief zudem einwandfrei. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! :-)

    The place was very light, a lot of sun in the apartment and the amenities were great. Furthermore, the location was pretty good not too long walk for the nearest U-bahn or S-bahn. The host was excellent, very quick responses and all the questions were answered appropriately.

    Schöne Unterkunft, die gemütlich und sauber ist und alles hat, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Man ist schnell im Zentrum mit Öffentlichen, kann das Apartment aber auch super vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichen (12-15min). Der Check-in und Check-Out waren unkompliziert.

  275. Really comfortable and well equipped apartment.

    The apartment was really comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. We had a good welcome from Sophie who explained everything and answered all our questions. It was only a twenty minute walk to the central station, or the 123 bus took 5 minutes. From there it was easy to walk to all the main attractions, or get the train - we had a day in Potsdam which was great! Only one minus - on the third and fourth evenings there was a lot of noise from people sitting outside on the roof decks below and this went on quite late. Perhaps they could be made aware how much the sound carries into the surrounding buildings??
