Le confort proposé correspond bien aux besoins pour un séjour de courte ou longue durée. Super contact avec Babeth et son équipe depuis la réservation jusqu'à notre départ.     Es el mejor airbnb en el que estado sin lugar a dudas! Éramos 10 personas y necesitábamos bastante espacio y el alojamiento era enorme , con espacio de sobra para todos nosotros , súper limpio, bonito y con todo tipo de comodidades, súper equipado, con muchísima luz, cerca de metro y demás con un supermercado al lado. La comunicación ha sido buenísima y todo impecable un 10/10 :)

    We had a great stay here. The Kitchen was well-appointed and had two different ways to make coffee! The beds were comfortable and couches plentiful. Everything was clean and in good shape. The living room was a nice gathering place for our group before going out on the town! The neighborhood was relatively quiet for Berlin. There were multiple transportation options for getting into town.

    Babett’s was a lovely spacious place to stay. It was great for our family holiday. It was very spacious and gave us all the space and privacy we needed. The living room was great for us all to relax in the evening. We had 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. We were greeted by the lovely Maria when we arrived. She was super helpful. I would happily recommend it as a place to stay.

    We struggled a little getting into the flat when checking in, but we called the number given to us, which connected to a very nice man, who was able to get us in without a problem. The instructions were clear - we were just tired after a day of travelling!! The apartment was great, and just as advertised. There were two bus stops within 5 minutes walk that could take you straight into central Berlin, which was great. We would also recommend the Italian down the road for a lovely meal - it was fairly cheap and the service was great. Just to note that the stairs were a little bit difficult to navigate for someone in our group with mobility issues, but perfectly fine for everyone else.

Babett foi uma anfitriã maravilhosa, educada e simpática. Respondeu rapidamente aos questionamentos e deu dicas sobre alguns pontos turísticos. Foi uma estadia inesquecível. Recomendo profundamente.

    Me and 5 friends had the pleasure to stay for 3 nights and I could not recommend the please enough. The communication was excellent with clear instructions on how to enter and get the keys. This was followed up with a couple of messages to ensure we had gained access and to ask if everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. There are very helpful people on site in case of any issues and a luggage storage room if you want to do a little more exploring after checking out. The place itself was spotless with every amenity you could want. The location is about half a walk away from central station but there are bus stops on the door stop and tram lines very close. Over this was a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful city.

    La nostra esperienza a Berlino è stata resa perfetta dalla nostra sistemazione: appartamento impeccabile, pulito, ordinato, assolutamente corrispondente alle immagini. La cucina ci ha completamente conquistato, per la prima volta ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa: avevamo a disposizione tutto quello che ci occorreva senza dover star attenti al numero di stoviglie utilizzato.     Ho trascorso a Berlino qualche giorno con la mia famiglia. Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta di questo soggiorno. La casa, e in particolare la cucina, è attrezzata come quella di casa, con tutti gli utensili che possono servire. Con abbondanza di stoviglie, bicchieri, piatti, posate ecc. La casa è situata in una zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, pertanto è facile spostarsi ovunque. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a gruppi e famiglie numerose. Se tornerò a Berlino chiederò nuovamente questa abitazione. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere speciale il nostro soggiorno.

    We had an absolutely fantastic family stay at the Spiegel/Mirror flat. There is enormous space, with a huge living room, 5 double bedrooms and two big bathrooms. We felt right at home and took advantage of the extensive kitchen infrastructure. The location is perhaps not as close as some others to the main attractions, but the M27 bus passing the house is a useful East-West route for kicking off excursions. So is the Birkenstraße U-Bahn that is within walking distance. For stocking the fridge, the big Edeka supermarket near Birkenstr station had everything we needed. We easily located several good takeaway or dine-in food options within less than 5 min. The area feels very safe. In short, it's difficult to think of anywhere or anything better at this price point. Highly recommended.

    All great, my only issue was that in the downstairs bedroom you could smell smoke because there were people there just outside the window smoking quite a lot. Couldn't have my window open because of that, and even if closed you could still smell it. I even went down to ask them to move a little bit away from my window. They did it for that one time but next time (in just about 15 mins) they sat in the same spot again. Sad times for me.

    Very nice place in a quiet location, perfect for a large family or group of friends. Large spaces, very clean with good amenities and everything you need. It has a set of stairs inside the apartment with the living room and kitchen upstairs and the rooms downstairs. Neighbourhood is quiet and not too far from the centre in public transport. There are a few small restaurants in the corner and a large shopping centre with supermarket five minutes away (walking). Very nice and responsive host. Will recommend this place for large groups if they have no issue with the stairs.

The place is big, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. We even had candies on the table at arrival! :) We definitely recommend this place for your stay in Berlin!

    Cet appartement est vraiment une pépite pour qui souhaite venir à plusieurs à Berlin (10 adultes pour notre part). Les chambres sont grandes et douillettes, 2 belles salles de bain avec baignoire et serviettes, un immense salon/salle à manger avec une grande smarttv et une grande table, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée. Aucune chance que vous vous sentiez pas à l'étroit dans ce duplex. L'arrivée en autonomie était très claire dans ce bâtiment avec une jolie petite cour intérieur. L'appartement est situé dans le quartier de Moabit. C'est très paisible, mais légèrement excentré si vous chercher un Berlin « plus animé ». Prévoir 10 minutes de marche vers le métro le plus proche, ou un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'immeuble avec des passages réguliers vers le hub de Hauptbahnhof. Par exemple: vous êtes à à 25min de la Porte de Brandebourg, à 30min d'Alexandreplatz, ou à 40min du quartier du quartier de Kreuzberg. En somme, un excellent rapport qualité/ localisation/prix.

    Das Apartment, die Betten und Handtücher waren sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind großzügig, aber ohne großen Schnick Schnack eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat mittlerweile einen großen Smart TV, was ich auf Grund der Bilder nicht erwartet hatte. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist okay, wenn man nicht plant, viel Zeit in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain zu verbringen (Taxi 30 Min., ÖPNV ca. 40 Min.). Die Kommunikation mit BerlinLofts war sehr einfach, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine super Unterkunft und ein toller Aufenthalt!

    Great place for a larger group to stay. The bedrooms were all a good size with enough bedding for everyone. The fold out beds meant that no one had to share a double bed. The living area was big enough and comfy enough for us all. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook an evening meal. The apartment was close enough to walk to a large supermarket and to public transport. We were given three sets of keys which was very helpful for a larger group of people. I would recommend this apartment.

    We staid at the "Mirror" / "Spiegel" appartment with a group of 8 over the New Year 2023. Our stay went seamlessly; we were given the option of an early check-in and an even earlier luggage drop. Upon arrival, the appartment was perfectly clean. Especially the 2 bathrooms were spotless, which is worth mentioning on this platform. The kitchen is well equiped, with more than enough kitchenware for 12+ guests. The living room is huge and well-lit (southern exposure, high ceiling) and provides ample seating space to chill out. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable, we slept well. The flat is ideal for 5 couples or 10 friends given that there are "only" 5 bedrooms, but the max. indicated capacity (12 guests at the time of our stay) is perfectly realistic given the available equipment, huge surface, and comfy-looking spare beds. Location is okay; not much to do in this part of town, but there are many public transport options in the area. Overall, we would stay again! Merci et à bientôt!

Sofi was so kind to give us a walkthrough and recommended a nice Christmas market nearby which we enjoyed. Only downside is that the bus 123 that goes to the main train station and to most places from the apartment has a 20mins interval.

    We stayed at the Mirror Apartment for a long weekend visit to the Christmas markets, and it was perfect for us. The place is huge. 5 bedrooms with comfy beds, large living/dining room, very well equipped kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and the place is quiet given the city location. The central station is a 30 minute walk and there's an S-Bahn/U-Bahn station 15 minutes away on foot. Not a whole lot in the neighbourhood as far as restaurants and cafés go - it's very residential - but getting around Berlin is so easy, and you're not far from the action. There's a very well stocked Edeka supermarket about 10 minutes away if you plan to self-cater. Highly recommend the apartment for larger families and groups.

We recommend this place to anyone and we're very pleased! there are five large bedrooms, with comfortable beds, closet space and furniture. also the kitchen is very well equiped and the living room is large, with space for everyone to have a nice night instade. wifi is ok. showers were excellent and bathrooms were clean and roomy. the location is not right in the middle of all the action, but easily reachable at any hour. also possible to talk all the way to many attractions. there are quite a few local bars around that are very atmospheric and fun, so if you want a more chill evening, it is possible. the host was quick to respond to every need. I would recommend this place to anyone, and think it is one of the best airbnb I have visited.

    Zum wiederholten Male war ich in der Perleberger Straße, immer in verschiedenen Wohnungen in unterschiedlichen Besetzungen. Auch dieses Mal wieder super. Für 11 Menschen sind 2 Bäder vielleicht etwas knapp - aber das wussten wir ja vorher und konnten uns drauf einstellen. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nachts laut - Oropax nicht vergessen. Zum Hinterhof ist es wunderbar ruhig.

Sogar ein Laptop war vorhanden, den wir zwar nicht brauchten, aber sonst noch nirgendwo vorgefunden haben.Tolle Küche mit allem, was man benötigt und neben den 5 großzügigen Schlafräumen auch zwei große und moderne Bäder! Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Appartement zu einem angemessenen Preis. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen !

    Perfekte Wohnung für eine grössere Gruppe! Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Platz. Das Check-in und Check-out verlief reibungslos und die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und vor allem auch schnell. Der Standort ist ideal, nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof und mit Busstation gut angeschlossen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und ich kann dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.

    Alles war super, nur das mit dem Parkplatz war blöd... zwei Familien Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern aber nur ein Auto? Aber keine Panik es gibt genug Ladeplätze vor der Tür. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung super, auch Spielzeuge für die Kinder und genug Lesestoff für die Erwachsenen war vorhanden. Was negativ war... mir fällt nicht ein, eben bis auf den Parkplatz... Super gemütlich und sauber, die Lage ist klasse, genug geschaffte drum herum und eine Nichtraucher Wohnung = happy 🥰

Stephan welcomed us with a wealth of information and showed us around the apartment making sure we had everything we needed.     Wir haben uns in der über berlinLofts vermieteten, sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die zur Straße gelegenen Schlafzimmer nicht ganz ruhig waren. Die Kontaktpersonen waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich gekümmert und z.B. die nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine schnell reparieren lassen. Großartig war, dass wir kurzfristig im Haus noch eine sehr schöne Wohnung für mitgereiste Gäste dazumieten könnten.

    We were a mixed group of 8 people, including 2 kids, and this apartment was just great for us. It is a very nice apartment with enough space for even bigger groups, including comfortable beds, beautiful and cosy common space, big dinner table, and everything you may need for cooking. We stayed there in winter and the heating was really good, the apartment was always warm. We enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners all together and chilling at the common space without feeling crowded, it was perfect. There were also a lot of toys for the kids to keep them entertained. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, although it was a little bit far from the tourist attractions, Berlin's great transportation network took us anywhere we wanted, we just needed to do a few connections. The U-bahn was about 10 minutes walk, but the bus stop was closer. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend for especially large groups and families.

    Our stay at the Mirror aparment was excellent. All facilties are good. The kitchen is well equiped and the machinery works fine. Good beds, pillows are awefull however. Location is good in the sense that you can move around easily but no nice restaurants in the vicinity.

    Together with 7 friends we rented the mirror apartment for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The apartment has two stories with 5 big bedrooms, comfortable beds and everything was clean and organised. The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with a bathtub and shower, and one has an additional shower. The apartment is perfect to explore Berlin, with a lot of options for public transport closeby, some dinner options and multiple supermarkets in the surrounding area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to check out Berlin!

    We had a fantastic weekend in the mirror apartment - there is a big mirror but it’s the quirky artwork that really stands out! It’s a little way out from the centre but well connected with underground and overground trains once you get used to them. There is a supermarket 50m away which was more than adequate for our needs.

    Very well equipped apartment. Everything works and is very comfortable. Lots of nice little extras like providing detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, lots of info on local area. Very thoughtfully done. Points to be aware: there are only two bathrooms (could be issue with a very large group) and there isn't a station in close walking distance. There is an excellent bus service from close to the door though.

It was perfect for our group of 9, reasonably priced, not too far out of the city centre & well connected with transport options. Berlinlofts were a pleasure to deal with, excellent communication & information sharing before we arrived & very flexible with us arriving early with bags to store & again after check-out etc. Would highly recommend both Berlinlofts & the Mirror apartment & would definitely try to book again for future visits to Berlin.

    Very spacious and clean. Located in a very quiet area and about a 20 minute walk from the main tourist areas (Reichstag etc.) however public transport is nearby if needed. Bedrooms (5) are large and the kitchen, bathrooms and living area are also very good. I do not believe you would be disappointed if you stayed here.
