    The apartment was funky, fun and close to all public transport links to Berlin central. Look around, there are some lovely discoveries on the walk to Birkenstraße &Westhafen stations: ‘Osmanya’ Turkish restaurant-mind-blowing if you are a carnivore- try the liver starter and pannacotta dessert. Also, Heine cocktail bar. It may be unassuming but Deborah mixes delicious drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic Our reception by Maria was welcoming and wonderfully helpful, and then Stephan, her boss burst in with roses for her birthday. Maybe that’s why this place works so well. Practically, everything you need to cook in the kitchen is there. And if you just want coffee or tea with your pastries, there is a Nespresso machine, percolator and kettle. Finally, the shower is just the ticket after a day exploring Berlin. All in all a wonderful base. We thoroughly recommend this studio which contributed to our fabulous holiday, my first time in Berlin.

    Aww I loved this place after a long day out exploring coming back to a warm cosy apartment it was so warm and clean and the kitchen has everything you could ever need we never used personally but it was well equipped! It was a little further out from the city but very quiet and me and my partner walked to Hein for cocktails so good but most importantly we felt safe walking at night. I’m just annoyed I didn’t have a pen to write in the book it was so nice reading the lovely comments and restaurants recommendations. I would recommend this place as it’s so well linked with public transport to the city, and it’s just like the pictures. Thank you for letting us stay 😊

    Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte im Westhafen . Das kleine Studio ist hell und sehr durchdacht ausgestattet . Es hat sogar diverse Stadtführer in verschiedenen Sprachen ! Die Lage in einem ruhigen sympathischen Hinterhof ist ruhig und nur 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt . Es hat mehrere Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung . Empfehlung : Casa di Sapori ! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen .

    the flat was nice and had all you need for a short stay. the bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with staff was very easy and professional. The location is near metros but if you are looking to go to places like Kreuzberg, Neukolln it is quite far away. It is not too far from some of the major tourist sites like Museum island. It is also worth noting that there is currently building work in the courtyard of the apartment block, which woke us up early every morning.

    Babett's apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable and located in a perfect neighborhood near lots of cool cafes, restaurants, and shopping. It was also minutes away from Berlin's main attractions and near several metro and bus stations. As a bonus, the place was well stocked with all imaginable appliances and amenities for a convenient stay. Even when we asked for a new hairdryer, it was delivered to us personally in just minutes. We are so glad we chose this apartment because it made our stay in Berlin extra special.

    Un appartement très bien desservi : les bus sont à 100 m du logement, avec plusieurs destinations, notamment vers la gare centrale. Nous n'avons jamais croisé nos hôtes en raison de nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ, mais nous avons eu des informations très précises pour nous faciliter l'arrivée en toute autonomie, ainsi que le départ, et figuraient sur la table diverses recommandations pratiques pour faire des courses, aller au restaurant etc. à proximité. Seul bémol déjà mentionné dans d'autres commentaires : les rideaux occultants n'étaient pas assez larges, ce qui faisait que la lumière du jour nous réveillait très tôt le matin. L'appartement était très calme, très agréable et bien équipé et nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce logement. Rapport qualité-prix impeccable. Encore merci !

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Babett. L’appartement est très bien situé, très propre et parfaitement conforme à nos attentes et à la description. Il est à 10 Minutes à pieds de la station de métro la plus proche. Petit point à prendre en compte, il n’y a pas de volets et les rideaux sont peu occultants, si vous avez le sommeil léger pensez à prendre un masque. Mais on est ici très tatillon car sinon tout était très bien. Gros point positif, l’appartement est très très bien équipé : une cafetière à filtre et une autre à capsule, une bouilloire, une théière, un grille pain… il y a même un attendrisseur à viande ! Parfait pour les amateurs de cuisine, surtout que tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est très bonne. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes chez qui nous retournerons sans hésiter !

    L'appartamento corrisponde alle fotografie ed è dotato di numerosi servizi. Ordine e pulizia sono i due termini che meglio si addicono a descrivere l'alloggio. La posizione dell'appartamento è molto buona in quanto quest'ultimo è servito da numerose linee di autobus. In circa 25 minuti di mezzi pubblici è possibile raggiungere il quartiere del Reichstag e della Porta di Brandeburgo. L'host si è sempre dimostrata reattiva e cordiale, fornendoci informazioni utili in relazione a check-out e check-in.

    It was great to stay somewhere so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Good local transport links but we also walked into town from hereba couplebof times. We also really appreciated that when we went to leave our luggage after getting off the sleeper train, they let us move in early as the flat was alredy cleaned. So nice to get showered before we headed out to explore (not many hosts would have been that helpful). Thanks for a great stay.

Check in was easy and the host explained the self check in very well and sent pictures to assure that we find the place. The loft was spotless, the kitchen has a lot of appliances for cooking etc. We only stayed for two nights but would have loved to stay longer! The loft is in a bit of a private area which made us feel safe. Easy access, very clean and great host - can only recommend!

    Prettig verblijf in opgeruimd appartement. Het appartement zit grenst aan de binnenplaats, dus geen last van straatgeluid. Als locatie vonden we het een oke uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te verkennen. In de buurt van het appartement zijn enkele oke restaurants, maar voor de echt leuke plekjes zou ik meer richting het centrum gaan.

We were positively surprised by the amount of equipment that was available in the kitchen, so if you plan for a long stay and you like cooking, you will most likely have everything that you might need. The area was quiet and the city centre could be reached easily by public transport or by bike. We had a lovely time there!

Da wir zum Feiern nach Berlin gekommen sind und in Friedrichshain unterwegs waren, war die Lage etwas ungünstig, aber wir wussten es ja. Anbindung mit dem Bus war aber super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La única pega que ponemos al apartamento era el estado de las toallas (muy viejas y usadas) y el hecho de que en la cama de matrimonio hubiera dos edredones individuales en vez de uno de matrimonio. Por lo demás, todo genial. Tuvieron detalles que nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos como el mensaje en la pizarra, las chuches y lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina.

    J'ai pu entrer facilement avec le self checking, les instructions étaient claires. Je me sentais comme chez moi, j'ai même eu un petit mot d'accueil chaleureux sur la porte. J'ai trouvé l'endroit très calme, propre et bien aménagé. Parfait pour une personne seule ou à deux, il y a de l'espace et tout est bien équipé. J'étais étonnée de tout ce dont j'ai pu avoir comme matériel dans la cuisine, rien ne manquait. L'arrêt de bus est en face de l'immeuble donc parfait aussi pour aller au centre. Merci pour tout, j'ai passé un agréable séjour !

Position is quite far to the main attractions, but anyway 2mins by foot you have a bus stop directly to the train station (Haupbanhof). The host is always available for any problems. En la cocina podías encontrar todo lo que necesitaras incluido aceite, vinagre y sal. Nos dejaron también como detalle unas gominolas. Es verdad que está un poco retirado del centro pero tampoco demasiado. Nosotros íbamos en patinete y tardábamos unos 20 minutos. La comunicación con ellos antes de llegar también ha sido muy buena. Te dejan la llave en una taquilla con código fuera por lo que la hora de entrada es bastante flexible. Lo recomiendo mucho.

    The location of the flat will be convenient for many people who can comfortably walk at least 750m to reach the closest Ubahn/Sbahn station or vice versa. There are bus stops, almost 200m away from the flat. But, to reach main touristic attractions, at least one transfer from bus to metro station, or 750m walk needs to be done before the metro. This may not be convenient for people with babies or disabilities. It may not be a good idea to rely on the bus schedule, as it may not be as frequent as metro alternatives. Also notice that after midnight, transportation alternatives are limited and less frequent. If you are not planning to stay long enough to understand the Berlin transportation system, you should evaluate other alternatives closer to main transportation hubs. BVG application is very helpful to decide which transportation alternatives and combinations one can use depending on the current location to reach point of interest location.

There’s even a luggage storage room you can use after you check out. Located in a nice quiet residential area. The 123 bus stops right across the road and brings you to Berlin Central Station in 5 minutes. From there you can get the train anywhere you like including the airport. Or you can walk approx 10 mins from the station to popular cites e.g. the Reichstag & Brandenburg Gate. We would definitely stay here again.

    Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, super gelegen und sehr sauber. Zudem sehr ruhig in den Innenhof gelegen und sehr gut angebunden. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei, der Self-Check-In war problemlos möglich und auch für unsere anderen Anliegen wurden super Lösungen gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place is just as the pictures show, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated for a nice stay alone or with a partner. Definitely recommend and wouldn't mind book it again next time I visit Berlin.

It is so SMART for Airbnb's to supply the guest with the basic things you need for cooking!     Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert , die Begrüßung persönlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war kleiner als es von den Fotos zu erwarten gewesen wäre und schon etwas abgewohnt. Der Blick auf die Terrasse war überhaupt nicht so wie auf den Fotos, diese zeigen das gegenüber liegende Gebäude im Hof . Nespresso Kapseln für 0,50 € /Stück zu verkaufen fanden wir etwas übertrieben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok da wir in Moabit wohnen wollten.

    Had a great experience staying here. There’s a bus stop across the street, and a U(?) station about a 15-20 minute walk away. Area felt very secure, with a two step locking system to even get into the building. We came slightly late in the evening due to a train delay (around 8pm), but someone was there promptly to get us in and show us around! Easy check in process. One thing to note, there is no elevator and it’s up on the...3rd floor I believe. So if you have a lot of luggage, keep that in mind. The room had all the amenities listed and was very clean. It had a strong ”hair dye” smell initially, but I think that’s just the cleaning solution that was used, and the smell went away after a day. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the basics, and they have a stack of travel pamphlets/books on places to see in Berlin. There is a grocery store that’s about a 5 minute walk away, and a larger one about 10-15 minutes away which is nice if you plan to cook. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, a very pleasant place to come back to each day!

    Good location once we worked out how to get in and out of town using the 123 bus. After having got our bearings we realised how ideally located the flat was - for any other tourists the 123 bus gets you to Hauptbanhof (the main train station) and everything is easily accessible from there. Alternatively the TXL gets you towards all the big attractions Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie etc. The flat itself was perfect, really comfy bed and all the nice touches (coffee and tea provided, hairdryer and the sheep toy on the bed haha!). Stephen was very accommodating and gave us lots of information about restaurants, attractions and provided me with an adapter for the weekend which was ideal. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore - ideal for a weekend in Berlin.

Vous avez un lidl à proximité pour faire quelques courses. Le studio est propre, parfaitement équipée, lumineux et calme. Le studio donne sur une cours très calme. Si nous revenons à Berlin (ce sera sûrement le cas) nous reviendrons ici ! C'était vraiment agréable de pouvoir se reposer le soir dans le studio. N'hésitez pas à réserver

    The loft is in a good location, easy to access and was clean. Public transport is accessible and the area is quiet. There isn’t a huge amount to do around the area but it’s only a short bus ride to the main station. We dropped bags off early and was able to leave them there on our final day. Overall a good place to stay. Communication from host could have been quicker, but it did not impact anything.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and loved Berlin as a city. There were a few issues however, such as water escaping from under the shower walls and door which meant that the bathroom floor got very wet. The dishwasher also didn’t seem to clean very effectively so we had to clean most dishes by hand. The photos make it look bigger than it is, especially in the kitchen but overall still a nice apartment. The location is alright, there weren’t many nice restaurant or bars in the area and the nearest U/S bahn station is 10/15 minute walk away however from there you can reach anywhere in the city very easily.

There aren’t too many food spots immediately around the area but it’s not hard at all to find food in Berlin. There’s a couple of windows that fully open up which is great in the summertime!

    The appartment is located in Moabit district. It is rather quiet and there are several groceries and restaurants around - all marked in the map provided in the appartment. The bakery recommended there has really good croissants :) It is possible to park the car in the patio for additional charge. There is a lot of Turkish shops around and a school next door. The bus to central train station stops just across the street and it goes every 20 minutes. Metro station is in 10-minutes walk and the line goes to Zoologisher Garten. The windows of the appartment are looking into the patio, so there is no noise from the street, but birds are singing really loud in the mornings and in the afternoons :) The kitchen is super well equipped. I asked for a hanger for my clothes and it wad provided. All communication went very smooth.

El apartamento es muy agradable y calentito también para el invierno; y si bien es pequeñito, el tamaño es perfecto para disfrutar en pareja o una persona. El apartamento tiene también, en general, todos los útiles que puedes necesitar para las tareas diarias (¡hasta plancha y secador de pelo!), excepto una fregona, lavadora y almohadas. La cama venía con cojines que eran muy bonitos pero el fieltro picaba una barbaridad (nada que una sábana envuelta no pudiera solucionar). La ubicación podría ser mejor con respecto a estaciones cercanas, aunque tienes al lado supermercados y restaurantes donde salir y comer. En resumen, para una estancia corta el apartamento está genial.

    Die Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend: sehr, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und des Badezimmers (sogar eine Wärmeflasche war zu finden!), perfekte Lage in Moabit und ruhige Gegend. Alles soweit sauber und wirklich heimisch gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir Babett nie kennen gelernt. Wir wissen nicht einmal, ob es Babett wirklich gibt ;) Die ganze Kommunikation läuft über eine anderes Unternehmen (was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht), welche uns vorab auch Informationen und ein Formular zu kommen ließ, welche wir ausfüllen sollten. Dass wir zusätzlich dieses Formular ausfüllen mussten, fanden wir unnötig und übertrieben, und eigentlich nervig, da ja die Buchung über airbnb getätigt wurde. Stefan, der uns den Schlüssel übergab und die Wohnung zeigte, war wirklich super nett und es war auch toll, dass alles so flexibel war. Auch das auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft "Westhafen"!

    Charming, comfortable and quirky. Everything and more is offered: the comfiest bed we have EVER slept on, coffee, laptop, lovely shower, large windows letting in loads of light. Perfect for getaways where you only really want a base and a place to sleep. Only downside is that we found it just a touch to far out to be super accessible to the city centre, just a touch. Thanks team Berlin Lofts!

    Central location for traveling to other parts of the city by bus and subway. It’s a nice, quiet flat for resting after busy days of site seeing. It has great heating for the cold nights and new windows if you’d like to open things up for a nice breeze. I liked the big bathroom & shower and the well equipped kitchen & comfortable bed. There is tasty Middle Eastern food nearby and the subway is only a short 15 min walk. It’s a very secure apartment and it was helpful to be able to leave my luggage in a locked storage after check-out in order to go to another museum before my later flight. Very good experience here.

    Schicke, saubere empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Nettes, modernes Bad und Wohnraum mit moderner Einrichtung. Küche klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und mehr als ausreichend. Anbindung an Verkehr gut. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und eine Empfehlung.

    Very nice flat not far from the metro (5-7 minutes walk) with supermarkets and places to eat around. Sometimes the wi-fi was not very stable, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. Very cosy, has a kitchen where you have everything for cooking. Recommend the place and the hosts.

    Im Wesentlichen war alles wie in der Beschreibung. Das Apartment liegt ruhig im Hinterhof, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einzig die Prozedur mit dem Extra-Formular, wo man Angaben eintragen musste, die man bereits bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, war etwas umständlich. Sonst war das Handling unkompliziert und es ist gut möglich, dass wir diese Unterkunft erneut buchen, wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind.

    Mitten in Moabit - und dennoch ganz ruhig, weil im Hinterhof gelegen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche klein, aber komplett. Relativ geräumiges Bad. Kontakt zum Vermieter problemlos inclusive Änderungen von Reisetagen und früherer Ankunft. Immer wieder!

    We had a great time there. Apartment was clean, well equipped and very quiet. Location was good to walk around Berlin. Supermarket and public transport in walking distance. We enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this place.

    Tolle Wohnung, super Lage und ruhig gelegen im Hinterhof. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und knarrt nicht. Einchecken war sehr easy. Buche ich gerne wieder

    Really nice apartment in a quiet residential area. Close to transport links and only a 30min walk to some of the main attractions. The apartment is also really easy to get to from Tegel airport.

    Clean and well equipped apartment with good kitchen facilities. The neighbourhood is not really interesting and it's a 15 minute walking to the metro station. If you're looking for the real airbnb experience this is not for you cause it's more like a company and we were received like one of the many 'hotel visitors'. If you don't mind, it's a very decent place.
