L'appartamento è carino, spazioso e ha una cucina davvero attrezzatissima. nonostante la semplicità c'è una grande cura per i dettagli e tutti sono stati gentili e accoglienti. L'appartamento è al piano terra con ingresso dentro un cortile molto carino, in una zona estremamente tranquilla e la notte silenziosissima. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima e non ci sono stati imprevisti di nessun tipo. Il quartiere non offre grandi divertimenti serali ma è l'ideale per tornare a casa dopo una giornata in giro per Berlino. collegamento con bus molto comodo, a poca distanza a piedi.

Die Wohnung war sauber & super ausgestattet. Durch den Check in via Schlüssel Box waren wir flexibel in der Ankunft - super! Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr geniessen!

A really great location with good public transport links and close to amenities. Also very easy to walk to the centre of Berlin. The apartment was perfectly equipped for 2. Everything that you could need; good bathroom, comfy bed, easy charging points, modern, light and clean. The kitchen was particularly well equipped which made it easy to be able to cook anything! The addition of herbs and oil/vinegar was great. Probably the best kitchen I've stayed in with Airbnb. Very quiet place, both outside and neighbours. Top apartment! Really well thought out layout and facilities for visitors.

We hebben een fijn 'thuis' gehad voor ons weekend Berlijn. Het is dichtbij het station en makkelijk te bereiken. Alexanderplatz is via het ov met 1 overstap te bereiken. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van Bolt om de stad te verkennen, zeker in de ochtend is dit goedkoop. De Arminius Markthalle in de wijk is zeker een aanrader, gezellig en lekker eten. Tenslotte was de AirBnb volledig ingericht. Alles was werkelijk aanwezig. De keuken was heel goed gevuld met van alles. Zelfs genoeg koffiecups voor een heel weekend. Daarnaast sliepen het bed heerlijk! Al met al een fijn verblijf en we raden het iedereen aan.

Speaking on the inconveniences, the place lacks soundproofing: you can hear everything not only from the stairs (some neighbours are getting back late in the night or even early morning), also from the upstairs apartment above you, but especially — talks of the staff when they are chatting outside behind your window during the day time. So if you sit down and work, this is quite disturbing. If you are out to the city during the day, no problem then. Also,I would suggest avoiding using scented softener when washing bed linen. Every fourth or third customer now has allergies (including me), and high-end hotels never use scented softeners in their laundry. This relic remains only in the private hospitality and apartments sector. it takes a couple of nights before we stop coughing on bed linen with smell:( In all other aspects, my stay was really good, thank you so much for your hospitality!

A l’arrivée, tout était propre avec même un sachet de bonbons et des capsules de café à disposition. Je recommande 1000 fois ce logement pour visiter Berlin tout en ayant la tranquillité recherchée.

Schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr bequeme Matratze – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! Super Ausstattung in der Küche – von allem ist ausreichend vorhanden. Da kann man auch mal länger als ne Woche bleiben. Die Lage ist OK – 15 Minuten Fußweg weiter sind ganz gute Restaurants und die ein oder andere Bar. Mit den Öffis ist man aber relativ schnell (für Berliner Verhältnisse) überall da, wo man hinmöchte! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht: gemütliches Zimmer, sauberes Bad und eine sehr gut ausgestattete kleine aber feine Küche! Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Host! Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Berlin, da zentral, bahnhofsnah und super Anbindung an ÖPNV. Einfach perfekt!

Vicinissima alla fermata dell'autobus che porta poi alla Stazione Centrale di Berlino. L appartamento al piano terra e' pulitissimo. Letto molto comodo. Arredato con gusto. Ottimo wifi. La cucina fornitissima. Silenzioso la sera. Indubbiamente un posto dove tornare!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment von Berlin Lofts war wirklich unkompliziert und schön. Wir wurden sofort empfangen und bekamen eine kurze Einweisung. Bevor wir das Zimmer beziehen durften, konnten wir unser Gepäck in einem Raum lagern und einschließen. Die Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Stayed here for our entire trip in Berlin, which was 5 nights. We got clear and detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment and were able to enter with no issues. The apartment had a typical European kitchen (hello from NYC!) with all necessities--pots, pans, oil, utensils, and dishware. Dish soap was provided as well. Bathroom had half a bottle of shampoo (no body wash) and 2.5 rolls of toilet paper, which ended up being enough since we spent all days outside. Apartment location was accessible with public transportation and walkable if you don't mind 25+ minutes walk to tourist destinations. Great guide with cafes and restaurants pointed out on a map that she left inside of the apartment. We appreciated the check-in flexibility as we arrived earlier than noted check-in time. Totally worth the price paid and would recommend to anyone looking for the same.

Very easy to find, well located and easy to access all public transportation (we used the subway, bus and train). There are also several small markets and a Lidl close by on foot. Fijne studio, netjes en schoon. Alles aanwezig wat nodig was. Rustige omgeving. Lydl voor de boodschappen vlakbij. Wij hebben 2 dagen fietsen gehuurd van Call a bike. Deze stonden vlakbij en dus erg makkelijk met weggaan en weer thuiskomen. 3e dag een dagticket gekocht voor 9,50 euro en deze is te gebruiken voor al het OV. De bus stopt vlakbij. Wij zijn gaan lopen naar het station, prima te doen. In de buurt is niet veel te doen dus voor vertier in de avond moet je wel met het OV of de fiets op pad. Alles is goed bereikbaar vanaf de studio.

The booking was very professional and efficient. Very well equipped apartment, and labeled in the kitchen to keep the order. Cleaning stuff available and clean. The room had a good size and located in a quiet area. We rented bikes close by from Wallyard hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't make the extractor hood work.

This cozy apartment had everything we needed for a great stay in Berlin. Babett left us a lovely welcome message and provided a map and clear instructions so it was easy to feel right at home. The apartment is located inside a gated garden area so it was quiet and filled with light from the large windows. It's situated on a street with only a few small businesses so it wasn't very busy. There are transit stops at the end of the block so we could ride the bus or metro to wherever we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this place in Berlin.

Dal nostro punto di vista, abbiamo riscontrato due punti sfavorevoli: la lontananza dalla metropolitana (circa 12 minuti a piedi ) che in inverno fa una gran differenza; e pochi ristoranti in zona. My partner and I stayed at this place in the early part of December and it was the perfect place to rest your head and hang out after walking in the cold. The place had every amenity as listed and we were more than happy that it was gated in a private location. There were many restaurants and cafes around the area that Sofi recommended and close to an Edeka grocery store where you could find something to cook in the kitchen. Overall, a great experience and thankful to have stayed here for our holiday in Berlin :).

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über alles, was man braucht (inkl. voll ausgestattete Küche und Föhn im Badezimmer). U-Bahn und S-Bahn je ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, ein grosser Edeka nur 5 Minuten entfernt sowie diverse Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und warm. Das Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Babette und Berlin Lofts funktionierte super. Check-in und Check-out waren super einfach. Die Check-out Zeit konnten wir am Tag vor unserer Abreise netterweise nach Absprache flexibel auf den Nachmittag legen. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten relativ spontan gebucht und waren umso zufriedener, dass wir (noch) ein so gemuetliches Fleckchen gefunden haben. Wohnung ist ueber einen Innenhof erreichbar, sodass es sehr ruhig bleibt. Zudem fuehlt man sich so sicherer. Kommunikation ging easy und flexibel, trotz verspaeteten Check-ins. Details wie Kaffee-Pads, Tee und einem Willkommens-Snack ueberraschten uns positiv. Dass man auch nach dem Check-out das Gepaeck noch sicher lagern koennte muss auch als Bonus hervorgehoben werden. Einzig das fehlende Fenster und eher dunkle Licht im Bad sowie kleinere Maengel im Bad fielen negativer ins Gewicht, aber alles eigentlich kein Problem. Alles in Allem also eine absolute Empfehlung. 👍🏼😊

Wij maakten gebruik van call-a-bike voor onze dagelijkse tripjes naar het centrum. Alles in het huis is prima verzorgd en schoon. De nodige attributen in de keuken, basiszaken zoals koffie, thee, olie, kruiden, etc. Het huis vinden wij zeker een aanrader.

It was clean, incredibly well stocked (we cooked on a few nights and had more than everything we needed), well located feeling safe backing onto a secure gated community, close to some lovely bars and restaurants, very quiet (!!), and with a bus stop nearby outside on the Main Street. Helpful, very quick to attend and respond and so kind, (Stephan from Berlinlofts kindly came to check our oven in 10 minutes late one evening), Our hosts were wonderful! Very much recommend!

Estaba muy limpio y tiene muchos utensilios de cocina, cosa que se agradece (horno, tostadora, cafetera, microondas, vitrocerámica...) La ubicación no estaba mal, aunque las paradas de metro estaban un poco distanciadas y en Berlín lo mejor es usar este medio de transporte. No obstante, tiene paradas de autobús enfrente las cuales llevan directamente a la estación central, aunque tardas un poco más. Lo recomiendo. Estuvimos 1 semana y fue como estar en casa!

It is not as close as it looks like it is to the main attractions of Berlin, but that is more of a testament to how big this city is than anything else. Definitely use transit as much as possible, it’s relatively cheap and there is a station within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit, thank you!

Aunque esté ubicado en un bajo elevado (5 escalones) es luminoso pues tiene grandes ventanales. Queda interior por lo que es muy tranquilo. Da a una especie de patio/espacio común, muy corriente en los edificios berlineses y otras ciudades centroeuropeas. Limpio y bien cuidado, con plantas que refrescan el ambiente y crean un microclima. El día en que llegué estábamos a 36º y al entrar en el apartamento era como si hubiera aire acondicionado. En los 8 días no tuve que encender ni el ventilador. Un lujazo !!! Muy interesante es que la cocina está aparte, incluso dispone de puerta, así te ahorras los olores si has cocinado. Muy bien equipada, con todo tipo de utensilios, todo de excelente calidad (3 tipos de cafetera, por ejemplo). Especies, hierbas, café, te, infusiones, aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico, sal y pimienta por supuesto, papel aluminio, papel film, etc. No tuve que comprar nada, excepto la comida, claro. El baño está muy bien, con una gran bañera, con presión y agua caliente a mansalva.Toallas, sábanas y todo el equipamiento super limpio y de calidad. Incluso hay un equipo de música (reproductor CD/USB ...) y hasta un Notebook a tu disposición (increible) !!! Y tienes opción de guardar el equipaje si llegas temprano o te vas tarde. Además te reciben personalmente y te explican todo. Fue un placer alojarse allí. Muchas gracias por todo Sofi !!! Seguro que regresaré. --------------- > English: A little gem in Berlin: For a studio it was spacious. Although it is located on a high ground floor (5 steps) it is bright as it has large windows. It is inside so it is very quiet. It overlooks a kind of community courtyard, quite common in buildings in Berlin and other Central European cities. Clean and well cared for, with plants that refresh the environment and create a microclimate. The day I arrived it was 36º and when I entered the apartment it was as if there was air conditioning. In the 8 days I did not have to turn on the fan. A luxury!!! Very interesting is that the kitchen is separate, it even has a door, so you save odors if you have cooked. Very well equipped, with all kinds of utensils, all of excellent quality (3 types of coffee maker, for example). Spices, herbs, coffee, tea, infusions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper of course, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. I didn't have to buy anything except food, of course. The bathroom is very good, with a large bathtub, with pressure and hot water at close range. Towels, sheets and all the super clean and quality equipment. There is also a stereo (CD/USB player...) and even a Notebook at your disposal (incredible) !!! And you have the option to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late. I appreciated that they receive you personally and explain everything. It was a pleasure staying there. Thank you so much Sophie!!! I will surely return.

Apart from that the apartment was very clean, near to the metro, bus and train station although it was already in the centre. Moreover, the owner leave in apartment olive oil, some spices and so on. Нам было предложено арендовать велосипеды по демократичной цене - это был лучший вариант знакомства с Берлином. Самая квартира небольшая, но очень уютная, оснащена всем необходимым. Housekeepers без проблем выходили на связь, давали полезные советы. В целом нам всё очень понравилось, мы бы приехали сюда еще! спасибо!!!

При всём старании, недостатков в данной квартире найти мы не смогли, даже если бы и захотели. Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen: perfekte Sauberkeit und Ordnung, nette und ruhige Nachbarn, Wohnungsausstattung mit allen Bequemlichkeiten, ruhiges Stadtviertel - diese vier Tage waren unvergesslich!!! Was die Schwächen angeht, so konnten wir kaum etwas Unangenehmes finden, sogar wenn es unser Hauptziel wäre. Огромное спасибо! Vielen-Vielen Dank!

Just down the street is a bus stop that travels to and from Berlin’s Central Station. This made getting around Berlin super easy and convenient. Un appartement très mignon et joliment décoré où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous durant 4 jours. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Situé en intérieur de cour nous avons été au calme. Babett a été très accueillante et nous a conseillé de bons restaurants typiques allemands (parmi eux le Dicker Engel qui est vraiment top !). L'emplacement est pratique et permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Berlin. Un AirBnb à fortement conseiller :D

L’appartamento è confortevole, perfettamente accessoriato, ben posizionato (in pochi minuti si raggiunge il bus per la stazione centrale, punto di partenza per visitare la città). Self check-in semplice con precise indicazioni da parte dell’host. Lo consiglio vivamente a coppie in visita nella splendida Berlino!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us visiting friends and sightseeing in Berlin for four days. It is cozy and quiet, near to public transport. We enjoyed the neighborhood pub.

We have stayed in the apartments many times. Everything is in order. Sufficient equipment with kitchen utensils, clean bathroom and living-bedroom. Also, communication with Berlin Lofts is very straightforward.

Das Studio Apartment ist für zwei Personen super geeignet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nervig war nur der Bewohner direkt darüber. Man hat gedacht, er macht jeden Abend Seilhüpfen :)

Hübsche kleine Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen und richtig gut ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass das Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof schaut, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Uns hat es super gut gefallen.

We had a wonderfull stay at Gesundebrunnen apartment, it is not big but has all you need for a perfect stay in Berlin. Only 20 min. walk from hauptbahnhof and if you want to take the bus it stops in front of the apartment. It is a busy street but because it is on a courtyard it is perfectly quiet. Grocery stores are nearby, for restaurants you have to go a little further.
