    Alloggio molto bello e di atmosfera. Stanze molto grandi e luminose. Ben collegato con i mezzi, zona molto tranquilla siamo rientrate anche la sera senza alcun problema. Siamo entusiasti del nostro viaggio a Berlino e torneremo. Ps non prendete il taxi per arrivarci, non ne vale la pena a noi hanno chiesto 90 euro, mentre si può raggiungere con i mezzi al costo dell’abbonamento

    We loved all the natural light and the well-equipped kitchen. The staff at Berlinlofts were fantastic and were kind to received our delayed luggage when it was delivered mid-afternoon when we had plans to be out when the bag was delivered. While we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, it did mean that the commute to see many sites was a bit longer than we might have preferred. Overall, we would stay here again when we return to this great city.

    My family of 5 (two teenagers, three adults) stay at Stephen’s loft. It was in all respects as described and lacking hunting! It was a great base for us for the almost week we were in Berlin. Easy access to public transit, which was important t to us. The loft was very clean and organized. We appreciated all the space we had! I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone!

It is located in a quiet area but not too far from all the main sites, bars and restaurants (especially if you’re young at heart and use the abundant electric scooters 😊) The apartment is light and airy and beautifully finished. I loved the colourful accessories. Stephan’s team responded to all my questions prior to the visit and were at the door to meet us when we arrived. Although we were ahead of check-in time, they scored our luggage to let us go out and explore. Similarly they stored our luggage after checkout time on our day of departure. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment for your stay in Berlin Tracy Cunningham and family x

Einziger Nachteil ist der 10-minütige Fußweg zu den U-Bahn Stationen, die aber durch schnelle Anbindung mit nur einem Umstieg zu allen zentralen Orten (z.B. Friedrichsstraße, Kudamm, Zoo, Alex) wett gemacht wird.

    Diese Ferienwohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse (ich reiste mit einem Freund / Kollegen und wir hielten uns für eine Woche während einer Urlaubsreise in Berlin auf): zentral (Moabit) und zugleich ruhig gelegen; großzügig und intelligent konzipiert (die Fotos geben tatsächlich die Wohnung samt ihren Details wieder und sind in keiner Weise geschönt); sauber und hell; schöne Schlafzimmer und äußerst ansprechender kombinierter Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich; komplett ausgestattete Küche; großes Bad. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltete sich unkompliziert und vorbildlich, und die Anbindung an den Berliner ÖPNV ist bestens. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein interessantes Detail am Rande ist die Tatsache, dass in diesem Haus die "Kommune 1" gewohnt hat - das ist ja schon ein paar Semester her... Diejenigen, die das Haus renoviert haben, haben das richtig gut gemacht, indem sie unaufdringlich auf die Historie des Hauses hingewiesen und es so geschmackvoll wie hochwertig an die gegenwärtigen Standards angepasst haben.

    sehr helle und geräumige Wohnung, wahnsinnig gemütlich, hohe Aufenthaltsqualität - top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, nicht mitten im Gewühl und doch ist alles in Berlin per Bus und Bahn einfach zu erreichen. Auch zu Fuß kann man die Umgebung gut erkunden - für den PKW haben wir stets recht leicht einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und direkt Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen und sehr entspannten Aufenthalt.

    Stephan's loft was a fantastic base for us for a few days in Berlin. We were two couples and both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The main living area has a unique loft feel, but very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and a huge bathroom. It is a quirky, historic space with great character. Do note it's up three flights of stairs with no lift. The area is interesting, and we got about mostly by bus which was quick and easy to get to the centre. We would love to come back.

    Das Loft ist schön groß und sehr gemütlich. Außerdem gibt es viel Tageslicht und es war kuschelig warm (Besuch im Februar). Die Küche ist mit nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet und es gibt für den Hauptraum ein schönes Lichtkonzept. Über alle sind kleine Lichtquellen, die am Abend eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen. Das Loft verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, was ich sehr schätze, denn mein Bruder und ich hatten keine Lust auf einem ausziehbaren Sofa zu schlafen. Die U-Bahnstation ist ca. 800 m entfernt, was für uns eine völlig akzeptabel Entfernung war. Die Gegend ist ruhig und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Ich würde dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen.

    Fab and spacious loft apartment in Moabit, close to Miite. And the first in my life with a fully, and I mean fully, equipped kitchen. Everything that you need for a weekend or more is available. Cleanliness is spot on. But it's the small details that makes you feel so welcome and at home from the moment you open the door. Bravo.

    Eine schöne Adresse, um in Moabit eine Auszeit zu nehmen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhofhaus und ist wirklich super groß und cool. Sie war ein toller Spot um von dort aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Mitten in Moabit gelegen, gibt es zudem genügend Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen, einzukaufen oder anderweitig die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Met openbaar vervoer ben je snel in het centrum. Vlotte communicatie en duidelijke check-in instructies. Wij waren zeer tevreden van ons verblijf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

    This was a terrific stay. The flat is gorgeous - very airy loft, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, all very clean. We really liked the neighbourhood: quiet, felt safe, easy to get around, good supermarkets within 5 mins walk. We worried that the location might be a bit hard to get into town but it was totally fine with U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops within 10 mins walk. The flat does get pretty hot when it’s sunny (top floor, no a/c, temp around 23 degrees C when we were there) but cooled down quickly with all the skylights open - although you do then get woken up at first light if the skylights are still open! Not a problem for us at all but I think if we were coming back in high summer we might book a flat not on the top floor. Overall a great stay and we would definitely like to come back.

    Die Unterkunft ist wirklich besonders. Wir sind als Familie zu viert unterwegs gewesen und haben uns alle sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Ambiente im Loft ist unglaublich gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Erstaunlicherweise ist die Wohnlage so ruhig, dass wir morgens vom Zwitschern der Vögel geweckt worden sind und nicht von Autolärm oder ähnlichem. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super, zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar eine ziehbare Einkaufshilfe, so dass man seine Einkäufe nicht tragen muss. Alle beschriebenen Ausstattunsmerkmale sind in guter Qualität vorhanden. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

    Would definitely stay here again was so comfortable and had plenty of space :) I would recommend for anyone planning on staying here to bring an eye mask as the only downside was that it got very light in the bedrooms! They were very helpful and very easy to get in touch with and even supplied us with information on how to travel from the airport to the apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    We had a great time in this beautiful & surprisingly quiet loft space. (We got woken up by the birds!) It's even bigger than we expected, with loads of space for each of us (family with two teenagers). This must be the best equipped-airbnb-kitchen we ever stayed in! (It even had cute felted 'pointed hats' for our boiled eggs and a lot of baking equipment if you feel so inclined!) Really lovely location in a courtyard, surrounded by loads of apartments. Very easy access to local public transport and to explore Berlin for a few days and feel part of the locals. The instructions were very clear to get in. We really felt straight at home! You might want to bring an eye mask if you want a sleep in, as the roof lights let in a lot of light in the morning. Wifi is limited and mostly German tv but that was all fine!

The kitchen area was so studio-like, the bathroom was spacious, and the living area was a nice place to sit around and relax. Upon checking in, clear instructions were given on how to use the washing machine as well. The host was very helpful and responsive. Special thanks for allowing us to bring the teddy back as a gift when we asked where we might be able to find it. Highly recommended for families who don't mind some steps

Klein nadeel: een badkamer en WC ineen, is voor een verblijf van twee echtparen wat onhandig. Met supermarkten en openbaar vervoer binnen handbereik en Hauptbahnhof op 30 minuten lopen is dit appartement ideaal gelegen in een nog echt Berlijnse wijk.

    The accommodations were spacious, well lit and comfortable. We loved the amount of dishes and utensils to make our morning breakfast. The Nespresso machine was a nice addition, along with the Nespresso frother. Its worth noting that this is the 4th storey of the building with each floor having tall ceilings. Be prepared to sweat if you have heavy luggage. The sofa in the communal space was very short, and would be uncomfortable for anyone with poor joints (we travelled with a senior). The location was different than what we're accustomed to. We had to walk through a building to get to our specific building. There were 2 bus lines about a 5 min walk away however, only one went to Berlin Hbf and wasn't always reliable from a schedule perspective. Another thing to think about when visiting Germany is that nearly everything is closed on a Sunday. Plan your trip to Germany for Mon-Sat. I've visited Europe multiple times and never been impacted as I had by Sunday closures in Germany. Make it a travel day.

Very clean and comfortable. Even the cot was comfortable! Thank you for the perfect stay. Two of us did the Berlin marathon and this apartment was perfection to prepare and recover. It was a few flights of stairs up but it was good to loosen the tired legs! One of my best Airbnb stays. Danke!

Die Auswahl der Einrichtung inklusive Dekoration war geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Von der Kücheneinrichtung waren wir beeindruckt. Sogar die Schneidemesser sind scharf! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Mit dem Bus hinterm Haus war es völlig unkompliziert in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt ... und ich schreibe hier von 3 Generationen nur Erwachsene. Vielen Dank!

Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten an allen interessanten Punkten Berlins. Das Team von BerlinLofts war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Parken, wie leider überall in Berlin, für 22€/d vor der Haustüre oder für knapp 10€/d im Parkhaus ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

    Fabulous apartment, exactly as described, well furnished and equipped, beautifully renovated with simple decoration. We were 2 adults but I can see it working well for families, We couldn’t believe how quiet it was, no traffic or other noise, only the birds in the morning! The location isn’t the best, there are U-bahn and S-bahn stations nearby, worth working out the best routes to get into the centre, or be braver than we were and use the bus I would definitely recommend this apartment.

    Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung von Stephan sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben von dort sowohl zu Fuss (z.B. Arminius Markthalle), zumeist aber mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr, Berlin erkundet. Gerne empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter und kommen gerne nochmals dorthin zurück.

The apartment is well-equipped and is very well located, with easy access to public transport and the major sights. For vintage bike enthusiasts we can highly recommend a cafe called Steel Vintage Bikes, where you can dine and shop for beautifully restored bikes and accessories, which is not far from the Brandenburg Gate.

    El Attic Loft es un apartamento precioso, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está muy limpio, la temperatura en él es perfecta a pesar del frío en Berlín en el mes de Diciembre. Está bien situado con buena comunicación para hacer turismo. Hay varios supermercados en los alrededores y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Stephan nos dio muy buenas explicaciones para movernos en Berlín y el último día nos permitió guardar el equipaje en las instalaciones hasta la hora de partir al aeropuerto. Volveré sin duda en una futura visita a Berlín.

  187. Mooie loft op prima lokatie

    We verbleven met 5 volwassene in de loft, welke gelegen is op een ruime 10 minuten lopen naar het dichts bij zijnde metro station. Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken en ruime badkamer. Enkel jammer dat er geen apart toilet is, en de 5e persoon op een hard opklapbed moest slapen. Verder uitstekend. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er geen lift is, dus wel trappen lopen... In het appartement heb je totaal geen idee midden in de stad te zijn, het is gewoon stil. 's Morgens werden we wakker van de vogels, helemaal top. De auto konden we (tegen vergoeding) kwijt op de eigen parkeerplaats op het binnen terrein. Met een dagkaart reis je snel en goedkoop door de stad, maar bv de Reichstag is met een mooie wandeling te bereiken. Het is ons erg goed bevallen en een aanrader

Für uns war auch die Anbindung an U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Bus super und alles gut erreichbar - sind aber auch sportlich unterwegs ;-) - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe.

The location is easily accessible via U-Bahn Birkenstrasse, Bus or a 30min. walk to and from Hauptbahnhof. There is a general supermarket just 5 minutes away.

    This apartment was fantastic. Super unique and what attention to detail! The host was wonderful, he met us upon our arrival and gave us detailed explanation of the whole home. I highly encourage you to consider this home for your visit. One thing, you do have to walk up 3.5 floors to get to the flat- so it will not work for people who can't do stairs well.

    Wir haben sechs sehr schöne Wochen mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie in dieser Wohnung verbringen dürfen und waren sehr zufrieden. Grosszügig, schön, kinderfreundlich, ruhig, sauber, unkompliziert! Wir haben uns in dieser Zeit richtig zuhause gefühlt. Auch den Kiez drumherum kennenlernen zu können, war für uns eine positive Entdeckung! Wir können die Wohnung so wie den Vermieter nur jedem empfehlen.

    Netter Empfang durch den Eigentümer. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Woche genossen, auch die Kinder (11+13). Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und vor allem sehr gemütlich. Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Alles sauber. WLAN gut. Betten bequem, mein einziger Kritikpunkt wären die Kopfkissen, die könnte man austauschen. Wir werden wieder bei BerlinLofts buchen.

    10/10, vollständige Einrichtung, schöne Umgebung. Sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Fotos. Einziger Nachteil ist der 10-minütige Fußweg zu den U-Bahn Stationen, die aber durch schnelle Anbindung mit nur einem Umstieg zu allen zentralen Orten (z.B. Friedrichsstraße, Kudamm, Zoo, Alex) wett gemacht wird.

    Die Unterkunft ist toll, sehr schön eingerichtet, liegt zentral und ist doch ruhig. Wir fanden es super, und bis auf die fehlenden Dachrollos war alles klasse. Ich habe zwar auf der Matratze geschlafen wie ein Baby, war allerdings bei Sonnenaufgang wach ;-)

    Diese Ferienwohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse (ich reiste mit einem Freund / Kollegen und wir hielten uns für eine Woche während einer Urlaubsreise in Berlin auf): zentral (Moabit) und zugleich ruhig gelegen; großzügig und intelligent konzipiert (die Fotos geben tatsächlich die Wohnung samt ihren Details wieder und sind in keiner Weise geschönt); sauber und hell; schöne Schlafzimmer und äußerst ansprechender kombinierter Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich; komplett ausgestattete Küche; großes Bad. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltete sich unkompliziert und vorbildlich, und die Anbindung an den Berliner ÖPNV ist bestens. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein interessantes Detail am Rande ist die Tatsache, dass in diesem Haus die "Kommune 1" gewohnt hat - das ist ja schon ein paar Semester her... Diejenigen, die das Haus renoviert haben, haben das richtig gut gemacht, indem sie unaufdringlich auf die Historie des Hauses hingewiesen und es so geschmackvoll wie hochwertig an die gegenwärtigen Standards angepasst haben.
